INQUIRE ABOUT
CORPORATE WELLNESS
At Daffodilly Farms, I create peaceful spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other through nature.
The therapeutic horticulture programs and workshops I create and deliver are designed to support emotional well-being by engaging the senses, the body, and the natural world — meeting people exactly where they are.
Where
We Gather
We also host programs and workshops in our therapeutic-designed gardens at Daffodilly Farms, offering participants the opportunity to engage more deeply with nature and experience restoration through the rhythms of the seasons.
making it accessible
We work alongside organizations in Cherokee, Pickens, and Fulton counties to create peaceful, restorative horticulture experiences that support:
Survivors and domestic violence non-profits
Behavioral health and support programs
Hospitals and healthcare teams
Senior living communities
Corporate wellness initiatives
Schools and youth-serving organizations
Programs are adapted to be accessible, inclusive, and trauma-informed for all ages and abilities.
Why
Therapeutic horticulture is more than gardening or a single activity — it is an intentionally designed, person-centered experience that fosters a meaningful relationship between individuals and the natural world. Through planting, tending, observing, and creating, participants experience:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Increased sense of calm and grounding
Improved emotional regulation
Renewed confidence and capability
A deeper sense of connection to self and others
No gardening experience is needed — only a willingness to pause.
Every month: receive farm updates, plant + people wellness info & announcements.

MEET YOUR flower friend
As someone who has grown through divorce, abuse, trauma, and burnout, I know firsthand the healing power of flower gardening in recovery.
Now, I'm passionate about bringing this nature-based intervention as a way to help others heal and grow through stressful times by reclaiming their peace, purpose, and perseverance.
