CORPORATE WELLNESS

welcome!

At Daffodilly Farms, I create peaceful spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves and each other through nature.

The therapeutic horticulture programs and workshops I create and deliver are designed to support emotional well-being by engaging the senses, the body, and the natural world — meeting people exactly where they are.

Why

Therapeautic Horticulture?

Therapeutic horticulture is more than gardening or a single activity — it is an intentionally designed, person-centered experience that fosters a meaningful relationship between individuals and the natural world. Through planting, tending, observing, and creating, participants experience:

Reduced stress and anxiety

Increased sense of calm and grounding

Improved emotional regulation

Renewed confidence and capability

A deeper sense of connection to self and others

No gardening experience is needed — only a willingness to pause.
